Our products are produced and fulfilled through Printify, Inc., 108 West 13th Street, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and its global network of print providers.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an item in the online cart and clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order.
The purchase contract is concluded once you receive the order confirmation via email.

All products are manufactured on demand after the order is placed.
Therefore, production begins immediately after payment is received.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include PayPal, credit card, or other methods provided by the payment processor.

5. Production and Delivery

Products are produced by Printify’s partner print providers.
Production usually starts within 1–3 working days after payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or international shipping issues.

6. Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made according to the customer’s order (print-on-demand).
Minor variations in color, print size, or placement (±0.5 inches) are technically unavoidable and do not constitute defects.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Since the products are made individually for each order, the right of withdrawal is excluded according to §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).
However, in the case of damaged goods or production errors, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund — please refer to our Return Policy.

8. Warranty and Liability

In the event of a defective product, the statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Return Policy

1. General Information

All products in our store are fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand service.
Each product is made individually to order, based on your specific selection (size, color, and design).
Because these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.

This policy follows § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery and include:

  • A clear photo (or video) showing the issue
  • Your order number and a short description of the problem

You do not need to return the defective item.

  • Refunds are issued to your Printify account balance and can be withdrawn back to your original payment method.
  • For non-USD billing currencies, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment source.
  • If multiple products with the same design are affected, additional photos or videos showing all items may be required.
  • For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed items, a placement tolerance of ±0.5 inches applies; such variations are not considered defects.
3. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If an order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the package was unclaimed, you may request a reprint (with an additional charge) or a partial refund.
