Story

Insights – Oriax follows Michael, a ghost hunter from the quiet town of Fuchsberg. Despite his many successful cases and satisfied clients, Michael carries a deep insecurity — he has never truly seen a ghost. One evening, while walking through the forest to clear his mind, something unseen attacks him. When he awakens, he realizes he is no longer alone in his body. A restless soul has merged with his own — the true ringmaster of the traveling circus currently visiting town.

The spirit reveals a dark truth: a demon named Oriax deceived him, banished his soul, and took over his body to manipulate the living. Bound together, Michael and the ringmaster must learn to cooperate, uncover the demon’s sinister plans, and confront the lies haunting Fuchsberg. To free the stolen body and end Oriax’s influence, they must face both the supernatural and their inner demons — before the line between them disappears forever.

Gameplay

The gameplay of Insights – Oriax blends exploration, investigation, and psychological tension — much like Insights - Maniac Vortex. Players can freely switch between Michael and the restless soul, each offering unique perspectives and abilities. Michael interacts with the physical world, uncovers clues, and faces human fears, while the soul can sense hidden energies, and manipulate people. Puzzles and choices require shifting between both to progress, deepening the bond — or conflict — between them. Every action influences how their connection evolves, shaping the story’s outcome and revealing the true nature of the demon Oriax and the darkness within.
